FIGGY Boutique is confident that you will love what you have purchased from our online shop however, we do understand that sometimes you may not be 100% happy with your online purchase. We will accept online purchased returns and will provide you with a refund, exchange or a store credit note as long as it complies with our policy below.

FIGGY Boutique Return and Exchange Policy 

You will be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit only if;

  • Your purchased item has not been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way
  • Your purchased item has not had the store tags removed, and you have the original packaging
  • Your purchased item is wrongly described
  • Your purchased item is different from what you originally ordered.

No shipping charges will be refunded and we do not pay shipping for any returns.

In Store Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We will accept purchased returns and will provide you with a refund, exchange or a store credit note as long as it complies with our policy below.

Whether items are bought online or in store, please make sure items are returned within 14 days

All refunds will be paid as per your original payment method.

NO SALE ITEMS will be accepted for return, refund or exchange whether bought online or in store.

Due to health reasons there will be NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE on the following items:
